Log time from Calendar
Every calendar event now has an "Add Time" button. Click it to log a fixed-duration time entry pre-filled with the event title and duration — including retroactively on past events.
Orbyt is your availability across every client workspace, in one place. Here's a running log of what's shipped — new capabilities, refinements, and fixes — as we build it.
Every calendar event now has an "Add Time" button. Click it to log a fixed-duration time entry pre-filled with the event title and duration — including retroactively on past events.
Tasks get the same time-logging shortcut. Use the "+ Add time" link next to Time spent inside a task, or hover any task row for the quick-add icon. The entry links back to the task so your tracked time stays connected.
A new "What's New" item in the app sidebar points straight to this page and shows a dot when there are updates you haven't seen yet.
Notes now has its own home in Orbyt, separate from Tasks and Calendar — a clean, page-based space for meeting notes and freeform writing, with rich text formatting built in.
Every note now shows the event it's tied to, the date, and its workspace/project — plus a live count of action items waiting on your approval. Filter your notes list to just the ones with something pending.
A quick-complete checkbox now lives on task blocks in your calendar. For chunked tasks, Orbyt asks whether you're completing just that chunk or the whole task, and adjusts your remaining scheduled time accordingly.
Event details now show whether an event is marked Free or Busy, synced from Google/Microsoft, so you can judge at a glance whether it's actually holding your time.
Track's PDF exports carry over charts and project breakdowns, not just raw rows.
Reschedule notifications have been scaled back and sync diagnostics now tucks itself away — you'll hear from Orbyt when it matters.
That's everything for now — more shipping every month.
